Simple Wood Slat Wall | Entryway Makeover

My house is completely beige. From the walls to the floors, pretty much anywhere you look, your eyes are met with the quintessential khaki rage of the 80s & 90s. If it's true that your home is a reflection of who you are, I don't want this wall staring back at me. So, after brainstorming some entryway makeover ideas, I decided it was time to add a little colour and style with a wood slat entry wall and DIY picture ledge! This weekend DIY project is simple and inexpensive but quickly turned this boring front wall into a unique focal point.
