In this video I break down my race at the Ratoath Half-Marathon, where I was hoping to run between sub 1:17 and 1:18, in the middle of marathon training for Warsaw Marathon. This is my first half-marathon race of the year so guaging my potential was difficult. I break down how I was feeling and what I was thinking as the race went on.
