Hello everyone!
This 40-minute full-body Tabata workout is designed to challenge every muscle group and leave you feeling amazing! We'll be working through intense intervals to some of my favorite Tabata tracks. A step board is optional, but if you don’t have one, no worries, you can still follow along. You’ll also need a mat for the floor routines.
