Hi everyone!
This video is about my journey with undiagnosed ADHD and the repercussions it had on my life/mental health. This is not to victimize myself in any way because I truly believe this struggle was a blessing in disguise. I am making this video as a means to empower anyone who resonates with my story so they can get help earlier than I did.
Please let me know if you liked it and I'll make more! I recently dove into A LOT of literature on adult ADHD and how to coach ourselves in a way that is specific to our neuro-atypical brains and I'd love to share part of this journey with you guys.
