甘薯峰，又名甘藷山，百岳之一。甘薯峰高達3158公尺。甘薯峰是北二段縱走的第二座百岳，也是全程最難的一座。甘薯峰的登山路線陡上陡下，路況複雜，地形多變，有箭竹林、崩壁、斷崖、拉繩等，需要手腳並用，體力消耗極大。從遠多志山出發，沿著稜線前進，一路上都是陡峭的石階，需要費力攀爬。途中還要經過鬼門關斷崖，這段路程非常考驗膽量。鬼門關斷崖高聳入雲，下方是萬丈深淵，看起來令人膽戰心驚。
Ganshufeng, also known as Ganshi Mountain, is one of the 100 peaks in Taiwan. Ganshufeng is 3,158 meters high. Ganshufeng is the second hundred-peak of the North Second Section, and it is also the most difficult one of the whole section. The climbing route of Ganshufeng is steep up and down, with complex terrain and varied terrain, including arrow bamboo forests, cliffs, cliffs, and ropes, requiring the use of hands and feet, and great physical exertion. Starting from Yuandu Mountain, follow the ridge forward, the whole way is steep stone steps, and it takes effort to climb. Along the way, you also have to pass through the Ghost Gate Cliff, this section of the road is very challenging. The Ghost Gate Cliff is towering into the clouds, with a deep abyss below, which looks very scary.
