Cooling system time! In this episode of the GDB Cummins Defender build, we tackle the part of the swap where everything starts to look properly complete.
First job – moving the radiator forward to make space for the Cummins. Once it’s sitting right, I modify the radiator to accept the big cooling pipes this engine needs. After that, it’s onto fabricating all the charge-air pipework, which actually comes together nicely for once!
