Remi and I checked out a new plot of land for some ruffed grouse action. That spot wasn't very good, so we returned to a local section of Wisconsin DNR public land we have hunted previously. Remi got into some grouse and woodcock but unfortunately, we couldn't connect on any grouse. Woodcock season was closed at that time, so I was unable to shoot any of those birds. Between my e-collar not being charged properly and mistakes made we went home empty handed. It was still a great time with my best buddy in the woods!
