It might happen, that you need to animate certain components. Synfig Studio is a FREE animation SW with many great features.
I will show you how to make a simple animation and then do the same animation also in Powerpoint and also in Photoshop.
Synfig is a free open source 2d vector animation program:

This vide is the first from the videos, which I am going to create in order to compare the different animation SW.
