City of St. Louis is put under a tornado warning at 656pm. This is a view to the northeast from the Montclair in the Central West End across the street from Forest Park, which is behind the camera. Funnel cloud passed directly overhead at 701pm and gusts up to 65mph observed with rapid directional changes. Activation is at 0:21.
