Hello Foodlovers, Sharing with you my own quick and easy recipe you might want to try.
TIPS:
*I used 2 orange, Take note that it should not be overripe
*Make the part of the chicken what you want.
*If you are using minced ginger, add it when seasoning chicken.
*If you don't have rice flour, add 70g cornstarch + 30g plain flour. (But it’s less crispy than rice flour)
*If the sauce got hard before putting the chicken you can add water.
