Sam’s story is one of growth, passion, and purpose. He began with us as an undergraduate intern, bringing his background as a personal trainer but seeking a deeper impact in people’s lives. From day one, he embraced the Sports Performance mission, vision, and values—quickly becoming our Lead Performance Coach, Stretch Specialist, and an all-around team player ready to take on any role.

Now, we’re proud to cheer him on as he steps into his next chapter: pursuing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Soon, we’ll be calling him Dr. Sam!
