HALLOWEEN SPECIAL Orange Vanilla & Oreo Cheesecake!!!

This halloween special cheesecake is absolutely delicious and who doesn't like chocolate orange? The smooth vanilla cheesecake filling goes perfectly. This needs to set over night so make sure you are organised. :)

Ingredients
250g Oreo biscuits
90g butter
500g soft cheese
200ml double cream
5 tbsp caster sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 pk of jelly- I used 135g orange jelly
Zest of 1 orange
1-2 packs of Halloween jelly sweets
1) Grease the bottom of the tin with some butter OR line with some cling film.
2) Put the biscuits in a mixing bowl and crush using a rolling pin OR blitz in a food processor.
3) Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat. Once melted place the butter and crushed biscuits in a bowl and mix together. Place the mixture in your tin and press down using the back of a tablespoon so it compacts.
4) Place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
5) Make up the jelly by breaking it up into cubes and placing into a measuring jug. Add 285ml (1/2 pint) of boiling water and mix until it has dissolved. Once dissolved add a further 285ml (1/2 pint) of cold water add the orange zest and stir. Set to one side and leave to cool completely.
6) Whisk up your double cream until firm (DO NOT OVER WHISK!!) then mix in the cream cheese, caster sugar and vanilla essence into a bowl until smooth with an electric hand mixer.
7) Add dollops of the cheesecake mixture onto the base starting from the outside in.
8) Carefully spread the top, smoothing it off nicely with the back of a metal spoon.
9) You could always chill the cheesecake for 20 minutes now if you topping is slightly runny. This will help as you need to put your jelly on top and this will prevent both mixture from merging together.
10) Add your desired jelly Halloween sweets on top of the cheesecake mixture.
11) Slowly pour over your jelly around the cheesecake top. Do not pour it just in one spot of it will start to mix with the cheesecake filling which you don’t want.
12) Place in the fridge for 5 hours or (preferably) overnight until set.
