Well the Pajero went in for its Roadworthy inspection and certificate. Doesn't seem to matter what the rules say, you can get pinged for the inspector's particular interpretation of the rules. Sigh.
I had to delete, edit, and re-upload this video due to my levels of frustration shown, and to make sure nobody identified the inspector so they could abuse him.
