Here are 3 ways to make sour bamboo soups. I like to make it with ground beef, pork, and chicken. Fish and other proteins can also be used. These are probably the most common way you can typically see a lot of Hmong people using sour bamboo. Enjoy the soups with fresh steamed rice. A little sour, savory, and packed full of flavor.
