البويرة (بالتيفيناغ: Bouïra in Tifinagh.svg وبالفرنسية: Bouira)، هي ولاية جزائرية تقع في شمال البلاد تحدها شمالاً ولايتي تيزي وزو وبومرداس، جنوباً ولاية المسيلة غربا ولايتي البليدة والمدية وشرقا ولايتي برج بوعريريج وبجاية. تحمل ولاية البويرة الترقيم الولائي رقم 10.
حافظت ولاية البويره على مساحتها الأولية عندما تغير عدد الولايات الجزائرية إلى 48 ولاية وذلك في فبراير 1984.
وتسمى البويرة أيضا «توفيرست» (في اللغة الأمازيغية: Tubiret)، وأهم المعالم السياحية في ولاية البويرة هي جبال تيكجدة
تتميز تضاريس ولاية البويرة بكونها متنوعة وتزخر بالأودية والجبال والتلال والمضائق وتتكون من خمس مساحات جغرافية هي:
سهل البويرة المركزي جنوب جبال الخشنة.
النهاية الشرقية لجبال الأطلس البليدي.
الجهة الجنوبية لجبال جرجرة.
سلسلة جبال البيبان وأعالي التضاريس الجنوبية.
المنخفض الجنوبي لجبال البيبان.
تتميز ولاية البويرة بمناخ قاري قاس في الشتاء وحار في الصيف، هذا بالنسبة إلى المناطق الجنوبية.
أما في شمال الولاية ووسطها فيسود مناخ البحر الأبيض المتوسط الذي يمتاز بشتاء ممطر ومعتدل، أما في الصيف فيمتاز بالحرارة.
تعتبر ولاية البويرة من الولايات السياحية غير المستغلة مثل منطقة تيكجدة الواقعة في جبال جرجرة، وأعلى قمة فيها هي لالة خديجة التي يبلغ ارتفاعها 2 308 أمتار، والتي يقصدها السياح من كل بقاع العالم.
كما أن غابات منطقة أهل القصر تتربع على مساحات شاسعة تجذب السياح من كل مكان.
وتُعرف ولاية البويرة كذلك بالفلاحة مثل القمح حيث توجد بها أكبر طاحونة في الجزائر، كما تنتج كميات كبيرة من البطاطا.
وتزخر الولاية بعدة مؤهلات سياحية كالسياحة الجبلية التي تتصدر الواجهة لما لها من مواقع ساحرة كمنطقة تيكجدة الجبلية السياحية التي تضم ثالث أعلى قمة في الجزائر 2038م.
وهنالك مناطق أخرى كجبال البيبان بالإضافة إلى تاشوين لالة ملاوة جنوب شرق أهل القصر، ويوجد بها حمام كسانة.
كما تتواجد بها بعض امتدادات سلسلة الأطلس البليدي وجبال بقاص قرب قادرية.
كما تتميز بالسياحة البيئية لما لهذه الولاية من تضاريس مختلفة مما يخولها تنوعا بيئيا هائلا بالإضافة إلى الحيوانات البرية المختلفة والعديد من النباتات.
بالإضافة إلى الموروث التقليدي للمنطقة كالصناعة التقليدية من حلي وفخار وملابس تقليدية بالإضافة إلى الموروث المعنوي المتمثل في المناسبات الدينية والأفراح والأعياد.
Bouira (in Tifinagh: Bouïra in Tifinagh.svg and in French: Bouira) is an Algerian state located in the north of the country bordered to the north by the states of Tizi Ouzou and Boumerdes, to the south by the state of M’sila in the west by the states of Blida and Medea and to the east by the states of Bordj Bou Arreridj and Bejaia. The state of Bouira bears state number 10.
The state of Bouira maintained its initial area when the number of Algerian states changed to 48 in February 1984.
Bouira is also called “Toverest” (in the Amazigh language: Tubiret), and the most important tourist attractions in the state of Bouira are the Tikjda Mountains.
The topography of the state of Bouira is diverse and rich in valleys, mountains, hills and straits. It consists of five geographical areas:
The central plain of Bouira, south of the Kheshna Mountains.
The eastern end of the Blade Atlas Mountains.
The southern side of the Jarjar Mountains.
Biban mountain range and the upper southern terrain.
The southern depression of the Biban Mountains.
The province of Bouira is characterized by a harsh continental climate in winter and hot in summer, in relation to the southern regions.
In the north and center of the state, the Mediterranean climate prevails, which is characterized by rainy and mild winters, while in the summer it is characterized by heat.
The state of Bouira is considered one of the untapped tourist states, such as the Tikjda region located in the mountains of Djerja, and the highest peak in it is Lalla Khadija, which has a height of 2,308 meters, which is visited by tourists from all parts of the world.
The forests of Ahl al-Qasr are located on vast areas that attract tourists from everywhere.
The state of Bouira is also known for agriculture, such as wheat, as it has the largest mill in Algeria, and it also produces large quantities of potatoes.
The state abounds with several tourism qualifications, such as mountain tourism, which is at the forefront because of its charming sites, such as the tourist mountainous region of Tikjda, which includes the third highest peak in Algeria 2038 AD.
There are other areas, such as the Biban Mountains, in addition to Tashuin for the Malawah machine, southeast of the people of Al-Qasr, and there is a Kasana bath.
It also has some extensions of the Blade Atlas chain and the Baqqas Mountains near Kadriye.
It is also characterized by ecotourism because of the different topography of this state, which gives it a huge environmental diversity in addition to the different wild animals and many plants.
In addition to the traditional heritage of the region, such as the traditional industry of jewelry, pottery, and traditional clothing, in addition to the moral heritage represented in religious occasions, weddings, and holidays.
