P0300 Code? Multiple Cylinder Misfire Code And How I Fixed It

I had a few codes (P0300) on my scan tool and I replaced my coil packs to fix the issue. The coil packs I used came off another Tahoe with way less miles and I’m using them to determine what will fix this issue. P0300 code is for multiple cylinder misfires. This may not fix my issue but it’s a start. I will be testing for a few days after to make sure the problem is gone and if it comes back again we will do something else.
