Enters Cauldron Keep from Quagmire via the glitched pipe with either Beak Buster or Bill Drill.
This shows that you don't need air movement moves (Air Rat-a-Tat Rap or Flutter) to get to the entrance, though it does require Tall Jump. Access to the upper platform can be from a Clockwork Warp or from Claw Clamber Boots.
The timing is dependent on the camera angle just before jumping; you're trying to aim left enough to avoid the electricity barrier, but too far left will put you out of range to hit the platform. The camera is pretty finicky when you're out of bounds.
Bill Drill makes this trick more lenient, as you get more air time and you can snap up to the platform when you're at a lower height. Beak buster can be a 1-frame trick depending on your camera; the angle on the second clip shown is a bit easier though, if you can get the camera into position.
