While this may appear to be slower than my 39:34 run, I am uploading it because this is my fastest run on console. I was playing on an emulator called ePSXe 2.1, which I've noticed has faster loading times than legit hardware and less lag. I've removed that run from the speedrun.com leaderboard and replaced it with this one instead.
This run was done on a PS2 Slim while using Fast Disc Speed. This makes my loading times faster than a normal PS1. The unfortunate consequence is that the music is glitched out and the cutscene audio is sped up, but it doesn't affect the gameplay or the length of the cutscenes.
I am taking a break from playing this game (for the time being). I may come back to this game in the future, though.
