Ramadan in North Korea

In this short video, I discuss how Ramadan is observed—or rather, not observed—in North Korea. Unlike many countries where Muslims freely practice their faith, North Korea has no mosques, and Islamic worship is strictly forbidden. The government tightly controls religious activities, making it nearly impossible for Muslims to openly fast, pray, or celebrate Ramadan.
