The weekend is upon us once again, and in The Hidden House I must admit to feeling an inkling of Groundhog Day with both food and routine! 🧺

Life has been so busy lately, that the comfort of easy meals and a familiar daily pattern sometimes just makes life flow that bit easier… but even with a familiar routine, there is always magic to be found in the ordinary moments 🥣

This weekend I’ve cooked, caught up on tasks around the house and carved out some ‘me time’. Every moment has been overseen by the feckless young rat-catcher 🐾

We were also in for the biggest treat ever when we went for our weekend walk beside the sea 🤩
