Concrete Mid Century Modern Coat Rack DIY

Build this Coat Rack for ~$25 dollars using only (2) Power tools (Power Drill & Jigsaw). The base is made out of Concrete and pre-made poplar dowels. This design was inspired by a West Elm Mid-Century Coat Rack and HomeMade Modern / Modern Builds.
