Kori Trek || A lifetime experience |Ep 03| kori to Dudhpokhari

We hike from kori Village to Thurchu on our Day 4 and from Thurchu to Dudhpokhari on Day 5 passing through diverse natural Beauty and enjoying the sounds of birds. For us and obviously for everyone that treks during this season, monsoon trekking wasn't easy. There have been many things going on, including the fact that I had dengue and had to spend two weeks in the hospital. I made it to Tilicho for my upcoming Episode after Returning from the hospital. The mother of two monarchs, Gorkha and Lamjung, is said to have thrown her breast milk into this lake to settle a quarrel between their brothers. As a result, this lake is often referred to as the Spirit Pond and the spiritual center of Nepal. King Drave Shah and Narahari Shah. The lake at the foot of Himalchuli is where the name Dudhpokhari originates. Dudh Pokhari is 4560 meters above sea level and is reachable from Kathmandu in 6 to 7 days. A freshly opened challenging trekking route called Dudh Pokhari goes along the boundary of the districts of Gorkha and Lamjung. Dudh Pokhari is one of nature's purest, least-known, and best-kept secrets.

Day 6: Kori to thurchu ( 12-15 hours trek)

Day 7 : Rest Day at thurchu

Day 8 : Thurchu to Dudhpokhari ( 4,5 hours trrek)
