Supreme Court CJI BR Gavai ने Police Arrest Rules को लेकर अपनाया सख्त रुख, सुनाया बड़ा फैसला

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने गिरफ्तारी को लेकर ऐतिहासिक फैसला सुनाया है। अब Police किसी को भी without reason arrest नहीं कर सकेगी। अगर गिरफ्तारी करनी होगी तो उसका written reason बताना जरूरी होगा। यह फैसला Supreme Court Judgment 2025 भारत में नागरिकों के fundamental rights की रक्षा के लिए एक बड़ा कदम है। अब illegal arrest और police misuse of power पर लगाम लगेगी।
