GTA 5 Graphics & Performance Comparison | PS3 Vs. PS4

Today we'll check out GTA 5 as we compare it's graphics and performance between the iconic PlayStation 3 and its successor, the PlayStation 4. As we might expect the PS4 edition of GTA 5 features a higher 1080p resolution , versus the 720p we got on the PS3. The frame rate is again at 30FPS, but frame rate drops are much less frequent. On top of the resolution bump- textures are vastly improved- world details like, roads, buildings, foliage, vehicles, mountains have significantly more details. Lighting effects and shadows are also superior on the PS4 version, which is to be expected.
