Maali Abad is one of the most popular and lively streets in Shiraz, filled with cafés, shopping centers, modern buildings, and cultural spots. Right at the entrance of the street, there's the famous Alef Building, home to a large and well-known library, a haven for book lovers and culture enthusiasts.

I recorded this video just after the Nowruz holidays, a time when the streets become a bit quieter as most people have finished their festive shopping. It’s a perfect moment for a peaceful walking tour through this beautiful green-lined street.

One of the most unique things about this street is the presence of many street musicians and artists who play live music right on the sidewalk. Their melodies — from traditional Persian to modern pop — bring so much life and joy to the atmosphere. It’s a rare and authentic experience of Iranian street life that you shouldn’t miss.
