After having such a wonderful few days visiting Moldova, supposedly the least visited country in Europe, it seemed a great idea to make a side trip to Komrat, the capital of the Autonomous Region of Gagauzia!

We arrived the weekend of the annual wine festival, and stayed 3 nights with the loveliest Turkish family.
