Standard tyres will not do the job on the Polar Ice. Therefore Sjaak ordered classic car tyres.
For the rear he needed an 16 inch rim to fit that tyre.
At Reifen-Immler they’ll put the Polar Ice Ride Tread on the classic car tyres. For the rear the Cross 1 pattern was used in its full width. For the front the Cross 3 pattern without the outside row of nobs was used.
