The Christmas season is always the most magical 🎄
Here are some bits and pieces of how I spent this year's Christmas in Germany with e.g.,
Nikolaustag (St. Nicholas Day)
Weihnachtsmärkte (Christmas markets)
Heiligabend (Christmas Eve), etc.
The Erfurt Christmas Market is the largest Christmas market in Thuringia and I definitely visit it every year. From the train station down all the way to the Domplatz, there are stalls of all sizes along the way and the atmosphere pulls you in 💯
And then there's the Georgian dish I took on this year's Christmas Eve challenge - Badridschani, which are simply aubergine rolls. I fell in love with this dish the first time I had it at the Georgian restaurant in Karlovy Vary ❤️ It's super easy to make, so give it a try!
