STORY

We explore the abandoned French mansion of Jacqueline, a woman once admired in France’s luxury, literary, and horticultural circles, yet somehow completely forgotten. Her home, hidden deep in the countryside, has been left untouched for over a decade, with her entire life still inside.

Jacqueline lived a remarkable life. She worked with prestigious fashion houses, wrote for well-known magazines, and published books on gardening and roses. She was fluent in multiple languages, highly educated, and deeply respected. But the highlight of her career was something truly rare, a rose named in her honor by a Belgian breeder.
