Hey Ya'll...Welcome back to my garden! 😀In this video I'm planting a beautiful little shrub called Duranta Gold Mound. This sporty little guy is grown for its attractive bright yellow, green and gold colored foliage and provides a striking contrast to the typical green tropical landscape. It grows about 2 1/2 feet tall and wide and fits into nearly any tropical landscape. The more sun, the brighter it becomes. This shrub can also be grown in shadier conditions but the leaves are more green than gold (but still looks great!) it does have tiny little lavender flowers that are almost invisible. You can use this shrub as an accent, to flank each side of an entryway, as a short hedge (like I'm doing) or even a focal point drawing your eyes forward.
