Despite a less than ideal weather forecast, my dad @overthehillwildcamper and I headed to the Lake District for a wild camp on Robinson.
After parking at Honister Slate Mine, we climbed up to Dale Head and then Hindscarth before arriving at Robinson in foul conditions. Once we'd pitched we hunkered down until the morning.
The morning brought much better weather and an incredible sunrise, and that more than made up for the previous days clag. A fantastic way to end another wild camping adventure.
