From 2010-2012, IDLO supported the national response to HIV in Papua New Guinea by strengthening and expanding HIV-related legal services. After exploring other options for the delivery of legal services to people living with HIV and most at risk of HIV infection, IDLO founded the PNG Development Law Association, as the 47th IDLO Alumni Association. Funds for the project were provided by OFID and Australian Aid. This video, just released, describes how PNGDLA provides legal services to address HIV-related discrimination and related abuses.
