Our latest Desiged integrated continuous carbonization furnace is composed of feed conveyor, furnace body, secondary combustion chamber and Syngas treatment system.
The material enters the furnace body with an oxygen-free environment inside through the spiral conveyor, which is composed of stainless steel spiral tube . The furnace host is first heated by the LPG or natural gas burner up to 350℃ inside,and then the material enters the furnace body through the spiral conveyor. The material goes in the inner carbonizing tubes and takes pyrolysis reaction. Meanwhile a large amount of gas produced and leaves the furnace through the pipeline moved by the fan and enters the gravity dust removal chamber, fine carbon powder is separated, and the carbon powder will land in the sink below, which can be recovered regularly. The purified gas enters the secondary combustion chamber, where combustible gas, tar and wood vinegar are directly burned and the secondary combustion type is heated to 1300℃. The secondary combustion chamber heats the furnace by the generated high temperature gas, and when a cycle is reached, the LPG or natural gas burner can be closed, so that it can be more environmentally friendly and energy-saving. The hot gas generated by the furnace enters the shock wave precipitator(Dust Remover) through the fan, removes the middle dust of the exhaust gas, reduces the exhaust gas temperature for emission, and the carbonized material passes through the cold carbon machine and passes through the airlock to get the finished carbon.
Our this Integrated carbonization furnace can be delivered as a whole, customers only need to put it one a floor and connect with the power then it can work normally.
