Impetus to Semi is another popular pivoting figure used in Round Dancing Foxtrot (and Waltz).
It is a progressive figure and, like Spin Turn, is often done from Closed Position with Man facing reverse, and stepping back with the Lead Foot and performing a Right Turn pivoting action.
