In Apopka Florida, Melani Brown's 12 year-old son was wrongfully handcuffed and accused of stealing a bike that he received as a Christmas present. The 12-year old was placed in police vehicle and charged with robbery and two counts of battery after a police officer said the boy beat up two white kids and took their bike.
