250 gm mutton cut small size
salt to taste
2 tablespoon turmeric powder 5 gm
1 teaspoon paprika powder 5 gm
2 pes tomato chopped
2 teaspoon tomato paste 10 gm
2 pes green chilli
boil 10 minutes
half cup oats 125 gm
little coriander chopped
half lemon juice
