Une nouvelle semaine sur la plus belle île de la planète ;) (rien que ça !) avec au programme de l'entrainement !! Nous avons pas eu beaucoup de belles conditions de surf, on s'occupe autrement du coup. Je vous amène aussi lors d'un de mes premiers cours de yoga que j'enseigne :).
