Growth doesn’t start when the wall comes down—it starts when you clear the space for it.

In this vlog, we’re tackling the not-so-glamorous prep work as we get ready to expand our retail floor. That means painting a bay door customers will soon see, decluttering the stockroom, and organizing tools and supplies we just don’t need anymore. Every small task is a step toward something bigger.

We’re also making some inventory moves—our shoe section is finally back after nearly a month, but there’s a catch. With a new supplier comes higher costs, so we’re raising the starting price from $7 to $11 to stay profitable. We’re keeping it real and letting y’all in on the “why” behind the change.

And since it’s Wednesday, it’s $1 Day in the bins. Inventory is low, the restock clock is ticking, and with no food coming in this week, we’re facing one of the ongoing challenges of operating a small liquidation store with limited space.

Bin items: $11 Friday → $1 Wednesday

Clothing, shoes, and food: $7 Friday → $1 Wednesday
