In this video we take the last part of the chapter Analysis of Financial Statement i.e Ratio Analysis. Ratio analysis is a yard stick which measures the financial performance of the company . I have explained the concept of ratios and solved small 6 basic sums covering all ratios prescribed in SYJC syllabus i.e current ratio , quick ratio , gross profit ratio , net profit ratio , operating ratio, return on investment and return on capital employed . Calculate the Current Ratio .

Q2) A company has following current assets & current liabilities :
Stock - `.80,000 Debtors -- `. 60,000 Cash & Bank – `30,000
Creditors -- `. 45,000 Bank Overdraft - - `30,000.
Calculate the Liquid Ratio .

Q3) Calculate the Gross Profit Ratio from the following information :
Sales - `.10,50,000 Purchases - `.6,00,000 Opening Stock `.1,00,000
Closing Stock – `.80,000 Sales Return – `.50,000

Q4) Calculate the net profit ratio from the following details :
Net Sales - `.5,00,000 Cost of Goods Sold - `. 4,00,000
Indirect Expenses - `. 50,000.

Q5) Calculate Operating ratio from the following information :
