How much does 1kg of Aluminum material cost? What’s today’s price in China? Price increase trend 2021. Aluminum was once one of the most expensive metals in the world. What is the reason for the soaring aluminum price so “crazy”? Today the price of aluminum has reached 2400yuan/ton.
Hello guys, this is Sunny, today we are going to talk about the aluminum price in the past six months in China market. It’s going crazy!
OK, we are going to take AL0 as an example. Let’s see the daily candlestick chart first. Ok, this is the daily stick candle chart. Ok, we can see in this chart the lowest price is 21/7/2021. And price was RMB18900/ton. Which means RMB18.9/kg. Then we can see the price goes all the way up up and increase, 18/10/2021, it’s the highest price in 2021. Which is RMB24765.00/ton. Which means RMB24.7/kg. And in the next 7working days, aluminum price decreased a lot, from RMB24.7/kg to RMB20.0/kg.
Ok, we are going to see the candle stick chart, monthly candle stick chart, so we can review the aluminum price from 2016-2021. Aluminum price in the mid of 2016, is about RMB12000.00/ton, which means RMB12.00/kg. And from this monthly aluminum price candle stick chart, we can see normal price of aluminium is about RMB14000.00/ton, we can see the price going up and down around RMB14000.00/ton. And we can see the highest price appears at 21-October-2021. And now we go to see the yearly aluminum price candle stick chart. We will see that the highest price happened in 2006 and 2021. Which means this year( 2021). The aluminum price now is much higher than the aluminum price in the last ten years. It’s the highest in the history.
And now we go back to see which is the lowest price in these years. We can see the lowest price happened in March & April in 2020. At that period, the corona virus happened, and in China nobody work, no factories were open, and no trading in the market. Everything (industrial material) decreased, every price. Real-time price of October 27th, is about RMB20000.00/ton (20.00/kg). October 28th, RMB19920.00/ton. Real-time price of 28th October, is about RMB19.9/kg (RMB19920.0/ton)
Today we take AL0 as an example. And for other grades of aluminum, like A380, A383, A360, ADC12, ADC6, ALSi10Mg, ALSi12Fe, ADC6, etc. the price might be a little different. But the trends of the price are the same. Ok, that’s all for today, thanks for watching. This is Sunny, see you next time.
