This is a very relaxing process that brings peace to your mind through simple drawing lines.
This has no technical content and does not require any artistic foundation. All you need to do is pick up the pen and draw step by step.
You don't need to worry about whether the lines you draw are straight or not. Life is not unique, nothing is absolutely eternal.
Persist every day, and you will reap different rewards.
The pattern may repeat itself after many days, but being able to do a simple thing repeatedly is already remarkable, isn't it?
