Passport (valid for at least six months)
2x2 picture
Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Diploma (High School or College)
Valid TESDA Certificate, if applicable
Employer contract
Transcript of Records
Birth Certificate - NSO-Authenticated
Valid Government IDs
Certificate of Employment (from previous employers)
Marriage contract (if applicable)
NBI clearance (for travel abroad)
Professional license (if applicable)
Other certificates (i.e. board certificates, training certificates)
