I knew I had to record and experience the last time I could ever use the one and only D60LF for its last time on the funnest routes to ever use articulating buses to take people to the best beach every 60 minutes.
Port Coquitlam Transit Centre is the last transit centre as of 2019 to use D60LF units in its articulating fleet, with only 8 still left as of September 2019. Them being over 20 years old, are set to be scrapped in January 2020 upon arrivals of the new XDE60 Rapidbus units.
This footage, recorded on August 30th, 2019, was a result of me visiting Coquitlam Central Stn 5 times before, hoping that that bus operating the route is this one and not any overage D60LFR or something. I successfully got lucky for this once in a lifetime experience to ride the one of the last D60LFs in service on the last days of the best seasonal beach route, for the last moment of my life. Route 150's service next year will never be the same.
And speaking of which, it quite sucked that I didn't upload this so much earlier. It's almost like an entire month has passed!
