Pursuit Sportfishing Bluefin Tuna August 3rd 2025

Was invited to join fishing Buddy Triston and Family on a full day Catalina island trip. When we loaded the boat Captain Gus explained he wanted to change the trip to an offshore Tuna trip. We headed out 15 miles behind Catalina and Run and Gunned all day. Lost (3) fish and landed (2) . Tim landed the over 50lb fish and also won the pot . I was lucky enough to get one football sized tuna on my trolling setup. Great time as always and met some new fishing buddies . Huge Thank you to Captain Gus and Crew for the eventful trip and to Triston for the invite .
