INGREDIENTS

1 Cup = 240ml
6 inch cake mould

For Cake Sponge:
3/4 cup all purpose flour/maida (100 gm)
3/4 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 Tbsp oil
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp sugar (100 gm)
1/3 Cup Milk (80 ml)
1 tsp Vinegar

For sugar syrup:
2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup water

For frosting & Neutral Gel Recipe
