The Evans Midwest 4253 Index Table is a great addition to any continuous laminating system. This machine provides for a single sheet of substrate to be laminated on both sides with no one touching the glue line.

Our unique edge support system receives the substrate from the glue spreader, semi-automatically positions it over the backer, then drops it into place. The operator can then align the top laminate on the substrate before sending it downline. The 4253 has proven a perfect fit with all PVA laminating systems.

The 0257 Pinch Roller is a key asset for laminating shops of any size. The machine is specifically designed to work with contact adhesives or fast bond PVA’s.

Evans’ unique design of the pressure roller allows for uniform and even bonding pressure of the laminate to the substrate.
