Welcome back to parkrun Diaries! A friendly showase of the wonderful world of parkrun. This time we're in Exmouth, at a stunning course along the seafront. Lot's of runners at this one, with over 400 people attending.
Addict to Athlete will be talking to Gary, a great runner from Barnstaple, and his brother Steve, as well as chatting to other runners along the way!
As usual, big thanks to all the volunteers and marshalls today, parkrun couldn't operate without them.
