DAAL MAKHANI INGREDIENTS: 1cup of whole urad daal, quarter cup of red kidney beans, 2 table spoon of tomato paste, tomato puree of 2 large tomatoes, 2 tea spoon of coriander powder, 2table spoon of crushed ginger garlic, bay leaves, aniseed, half inch of cinnamon stick, few cloves, 1large black cardamom, few green cardamom, 1 tea spoon of cumin seeds,1 cup of Milk and couple of dry whole red chillies..For garnishing in the end Butter as much as you want crushed dry kasoori methi, 1 tea spoon of garam masala and fresh chopped coriander, watch out the cooking process step by step and enjoy😊😊
INGREDIENTS OF METHI MALAI PANEER: half kilogram of paneer, 3 medium size of roughly chopped onions, 2 inches of chopped ginger and few cloves of garlic, 2table spoon of cashew nuts, quarter cup of roasted makhana , 150 grams of chopped fresh methi , 2table spoon of crushed dry methi, fresh chopped coriander, 1 tea spoon of garam masala 2 large tomato puree 1 table spoon of crushed ginger garlic, some whole spices like cinnamon, cloves, black and green cardamom and whole dry red chillies.and quarter cup of cream ..Follow the cooking process as shown in video and enjoy yummy food 😊😍
