Relentless Wind = Half-Day Tog Trip and Double Limit!

The 2025 Fall Blackfish Season will be known, at least here in NY, for the relentless wind. I mean, it's been blowing non-stop almost since the season opened back in mid-October.

This November 3 trip is actually a combination of two charters. Michael and Bob (Uba) had me booked on this date. Gary and Bill had me booked the next day. There was a 4 hour window early on Michael and Uba's day and no window for Gary/Bill the next day so we combined the trips!

Fishing was lights out from the start with Uba being the big surprise and Bill catching the two big fish of the day (both released).
