This was another ride around Loafer's Lake in Brampton Ontario Canada and the weather was just right although a little cool at times. The leaves were starting to change colour and beautiful to see. We flew the drone far above the lake and heard lots of geese getting ready to fly south for the winter.
I lost a little clip for my DJI wireless microphone somewhere and it probably fell off from all the vibrations while riding my scooter. When we arrived back home I ordered three spares in case we lose one again. The small plastic clip covers the electrical connection for the DJI receiver.
Yesterday we ordered a new Isinwheel electric bike
that should arrive any day now. We have never rode on e-bikes before. If it's a comfortable ride then we will order a second one and also order a set of spare batteries. With an e-bike it should be more comfortable being able to sit while shooting video. The e-bikes fold up and fit into the trunk of our car. The only bad part is that we will now have to wear helmets because Brampton city has a law stating that e-bike riders must wear helmets at all times. I think we are also going to look into wireless intercoms to attach to our helmets so that we can communicate with each other from a distance.
